Blakely's Nursery and 38-week update

Blakely will be arriving any day now, and though I've had her nursery done for a few weeks, I hadn't taken any pictures.  I love the way it turned out, and can't wait to have her in here!

We went with a gray and pink scheme, and though things turned out a little more pink than we first envisioned, I wouldn't change a thing.  It's equal parts girly and modern, and we love it!

I sang this to Knox every night before bed (and still do most nights), so she needed the words in her room, too!

The bookshelves are IKEA spice racks

The gowns were mine when I was born-the one on the left was when I met my grandparents for the first time, and the gown was my Christening gown

The quote above her bed really stands out on the wall, but when I used my flash it looks really light.  It says "For this child we have prayed, and the Lord has answered our prayers" with her name in the middle.

Her carseat is ready to go!

Can she have enough shoes??  I counted 14 pairs, which is way more than I own.

And don't get me started on the bows:

I think she's all set!

At my appointment Wednesday, I was 4cm dilated and 50-75% effaced, so it could be any day now--or she can really rule the roost and stay put longer.  No one really knows, but I can't wait to snuggle her in my arms!
