Alphas

Ashley and I joke that our kids, Alex and Knox, tend to be the "alphas" of the playgroup.  This isn't in a bragging way, more in the "they freak out of anyone touches their things" sort of way.  They aren't usually in love with the idea of sharing, and are both a bit territorial.

However, when they are together, they don't seem to act that way.  I guess they "soften" around each other. Pretty cute!

We had dinner on Friday with some friends, and these two were hamming it up while watching Mickey Mouse.

They started with hugging:

Then moved to daps (or nucks for Alex):

Then they ended the night with high fives:

Crazy how big all of the kiddos are getting, but so fun that they get to grow up together.
